- Standard
Rectangular Cells, Screw Cap, with or without septum
|
 The
Starna Type 1 cell is the most commonly used cell in spectrophotometers.
The exterior dimensions of the cells allow them to be used in virtually
every spectrophotometer or photometer instrument. We have added a
threaded top with a polymer screw cap for creating a tight seal. There
are two types of caps available, septum caps and sealing caps.

Septum
cap:

| The septum cap screws on
the cell holding a silicon rubber septum which is 12.5mm diameter
and 2.5mm thick. It allows for multiple penetrations by small bore
needles (non-coring). Extra septums are available from stock. |
